Greenacres Elementary School — Facility Condition Assessment (FCA)
A comprehensive evaluation supporting long-term planning, safety, and performance for a growing educational community.

Olympic Heights High School — Media Center Modernization
A transformed learning environment designed to support collaboration, technology integration, and student engagement.

Broward Health — Facade Modernizations
Upgrades completed at both Broward Health Medical Center and Broward Health North, enhancing campus identity, durability, and patient experience through thoughtful exterior improvements.

Delray Beach CRA Building (Harvel Cottage) — Historic Renovation
Dating back to 1937, this landmark continues to serve as a cornerstone of Delray Beach. Our work honors its historic character while thoughtfully preparing it for future use.

Museum of Discovery and Science — HoloTheater
In partnership with Danto Builders, we delivered the East Coast’s first immersive holographic theater. Opened in Summer 2025, the space redefines how science is experienced through cutting-edge projection and cinematic storytelling.

Fat Tuesday — Fort Lauderdale
A 3,000-square-foot destination bringing the spirit of Bourbon Street to downtown Fort Lauderdale, complete with a vibrant bar layout and open-air patio designed for high energy and high traffic.

Venture X — Chandler, Arizona (Executive Office Remodel)
A modern executive workspace designed to inspire focus, collaboration, and growth.

Projects Under Construction

London Curry House
Construction began on this restaurant project, bringing bold flavors and an immersive dining experience to life through thoughtful spatial design.

Village of Key Biscayne — Building Department Modernization
A civic modernization project focused on efficiency, functionality, and improved public service.

Boynton Beach Community High School — Media Center Modernization
Currently under construction, this project reimagines the media center as a dynamic hub for learning, collaboration, and creativity.

Phoenix Health
Healthcare-focused construction underway, supporting environments designed for wellness, care delivery, and operational efficiency.

Key Biscayne K–8 Center — Campus Enhancements
Construction commenced on campus improvements including upgraded basketball courts, creating spaces that support play, connection, and community beyond the classroom.

Blue Star Camps — North Carolina
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this new dining hall—double the size of the original—will welcome over 800 campers each summer, creating space for tradition, connection, and shared experience.

First Amphibious Assault Memorial
A meaningful memorial project now fully permitted, honoring service and sacrifice. Ribbon cutting anticipated in 2026.

Palm Beach Central High School — Facility Condition Assessment (FCA)
A critical planning tool supporting the school’s long-term infrastructure and educational goals.

Elite Day Spa
A permitted wellness-focused project designed to deliver a calm, elevated guest experience.

Leadership & Thought Leadership

At Peacock, leadership extends beyond our studio walls.

• Tamara and Cristin Peacock shared the story and legacy of their family firm at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Real Estate & Construction Council meeting.

• Cristin presented Emerging Trends in the AEC Industry at the Architects + Engineers Summit for the School District of Palm Beach County, highlighting innovation, sustainability, and community-driven design.

Community Events We Hosted

FLDCP After Hours Event
We hosted a Florida Design and Construction Professionals After Hours event, raising over $7,100 for Cleveland Clinic Florida, our charity of the month. A night powered by generosity, collaboration, and giving back. 

FAU Firm Crawl
Welcomed aspiring architects into our office, sharing our process, projects, and passion while reinforcing the importance of mentorship and the future of the profession.

Culture, Growth & Team Milestones

Behind every project and award is a team that shows up—creatively, collaboratively, and wholeheartedly.

• We opened a new office in Brickell — hello, Miami (with a new Miami zip code coming soon).

Team promotions:

Quarterly outings including karaoke, sandcastle building, pottery classes, office painting, and potlucks galore. Our North Carolina team even visited the iconic Biltmore Estate—we play just as hard as we work.

Our favorite way to wrap up the year is with our annual holiday party. This year’s year-end celebration was one for the books, with 130 family members, friends, partners, and clients gathered to toast an incredible year.

Looking Ahead to 2026

If 2025 was about momentum, 2026 is about building on it—deepening our impact, pushing creative boundaries, and continuing to design spaces that truly serve people.

We’re stepping into the new year inspired, grateful, and ready for what’s next.
