From initial concept to final construction, our team will lead the Straus Luxury Villas project through a seamless, full-service architectural process. We begin by collaborating closely with the Owner to shape the project vision, site strategy, and overall design character through early studies, plans, and 3D visualizations, while confirming zoning and code requirements. As the design evolves, we refine key systems, materials, and details in coordination with engineering and consultant teams to ensure the project is both buildable and aligned with budget.

We then develop a complete set of construction documents for permitting and bidding, and continue to support the project by responding to contractor inquiries and addressing review comments. Throughout construction, we stay actively engaged—reviewing submittals, conducting site visits, and helping guide the project to ensure the final result reflects the original design intent. The process is rooted in collaboration, thoughtful detailing, and a commitment to delivering a cohesive, high-quality development.
