1st Avenue Villas is a thoughtfully designed multi-family residential community bringing contemporary living to the heart of Hendersonville. Designed by Peacock Architects, this 19,240-square-foot development introduces two new residential buildings comprising 12 well-appointed dwelling units and integrated on-site parking.
